![]() ![]() If you see yourself stabbing them with a knife, or just jabbing with the gun a single time, that's just a regular takedown/melee attack, even if they die.ģ. ![]() The bayoneting animation consists of two stabs (at least with the bayoneted shotgun I'm using) - one in the chest, followed by one in the throat. If they're mounted on a bike or whatever - or in the process of climbing off that bike - it won't work.Ģ. It might also be that their health has to be lower than a certain point before it works (I'm guessing under half health).ġa. knocked over by an explosion (Hurk I am looking at you) - there seems to be a large pause before the bayonet seems to work. I've not completed that challenge yet, but I've increased the counter two or three times by accident, using the third-tier shotgun with a bayonet - probably not an ideal weapon, since it tends to one-shot them, and hence makes it harder to have them damaged before the enstabbening. It's got a distinct bayoneting animation, visually quite easy to tell from from the usual takedown animations. not on the ground dying or knocked down by Timber or Horatio), and generally it won't work if they're at full health.
